In June, our Operations Team received and responded to 11 different alerts. Matching the unexpected with our exceptional service delivery, our response team helped businesses across 10 different states to avoid downtime and continue serving their communities.

We’ve responded to 11 calls for assistance from our customers, with 13 cases for declarations. Among all interruptions our team managed, 14 of the 24 were weather-related. In addition, the Operations Team also orchestrated 19 customer test exercises across our operations facilities.

Here are three successful recoveries we’ve completed in June:

  • A National Discount Retailer needed additional generators due to a recent disaster. A national big-box, discount retailer wanted to be the first store to be opened following a disaster to have its products available for those in need. Its partnership with Agility allowed them to do just that. They called Agility less than 12 hours before a planned power outage and used Agility to keep two stores operating over the weekend during those planned outages. The company ended up requesting 6 generators throughout the month.

  • A multinational e-commerce company experienced a warehouse airfan failure. A Fortune 50 company¬†with offices worldwide experienced fan failure throughout the warehouse, which caused intolerable working conditions. Agility provided their production spaces with the necessary climate control equipment.

  • A neighborhood credit union requested a generator recovery due to a localized power outage. The oldest credit union in the Fort Worth, TX area with almost 60,000 members and $715 million in assets requested a generator and supplemental fuel to power up their location. Fortunately for the customer, the interruption was short-lived, but they were reassured that no matter the interruption, a swift recovery was only a single phone call away.

In the meantime, we also supported 11 ongoing recoveries from previous months, making sure our clients have everything they need when they need it.
