All packages include your company’s Recovery Profile App, a dedicated testing and recovery team, and physical recovery services including communications, power, office space and technology.
- Our Standard package offers 24/7/365 recovery services in the event of a disruption affecting office space, power, technology, and/or communications.
- Our Enhanced package provides everything offered in the standard package with key upgrades to bi-directional messaging, power and communications, upgraded testing options, and the ability to upgrade for faster recovery time.
- Our Premier package provides best practice solutions that incorporate bi-directional emergency messaging, and facilitate planning, training, testing, alerting, and 24/7/365 recovery services before, during, and after a business interruption.
Our standard RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is to get you recovered within 72 hours. If it’s important to your organization, you can also upgrade to a faster RTO of 48 hours or faster. Our hands-on Account Managers are focused on your business and your needs, you will have the solution customized to fit the demands of your business with an understanding of your expected RTO.
We recommend at least annual testing for all of our customers. We provide many different methods to test your plan, including full mobilization of physical recovery assets, on-site testing, quick ship testing, tabletops, and virtual tests.
