    The Unexpected Happened

    An early winter storm dumped four feet of snow on Spearfish, SD. One of Agility’s members0—TMone—was affected. Their roof collapsed and their 500 person call center was completely destroyed.

    The pictures of destruction were devastating and almost unbelievable to everyone in the company, leaving all employees wondering if the company will ever be able to recover. People in the community depend on this job, so it was critical to have their doors open again.

    They Called Us

    Dozens of pieces of equipment, such as computers, office furniture, servers and communications equipment, were dispatched to be set up in a different facility. Agility was able to get their call center back up and running, and production was restored.
